Genesis 22
After all this, God tested Abraham. God said, "Abraham!"
"Yes?" answered Abraham. "I'm listening." 2 He said, "Take your dear son Isaac whom you love and go to the land of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains that I'll point out to you.

Reading the Bible this morning I was able to see again how unusual it was when God spoke to Abraham and asked him to sacrifice his son as a burnt offering to God. I don't know what would you feel being in Abraham shoes but thinking about my self I'm not sure I would pass this test. We know now it was a test but I think Abraham in his time did not consider this as a test, it was real, he knew God wouldn't joke, he took it seriously.

See verse 12; "Don't lay a hand on that boy! Don't touch him! Now I know how fearlessly you fear God; you didn't hesitate to place your son, your dear son, on the altar for me."The M…

Why did you doubt?

Mark ch. 14:30, 31. Peter was walking on water towards Jesus but after he saw that wind was boisterous he was afraid and beginning to sink. Interesting fact is that, supernatural law worked for him only while he 100% believed in Jesus that he can do it. I think Peter did not even think, when he ask Jesus to come to Him on water if it is possible, he just got the idea and approve from Jesus he went, and it worked for him.

How many times when we receive revelation from God to go and do something, we go but then we see boisterous wind and we afraid and in that moment supernatural law stop working for us all what works is just natural law. Then we may say I knew it, however it's not because we knew it but because we doubt it.
